Very quick to pay

I like the fact that they let you know step by step everything they do and how long it will be before you receive your package

I tried calling customer service to ask when my check was getting to me, since it's been "in transit" for 2 weeks and the background noise was SO loud I could barely hear the lady. Then I was hung up on 2 times after being told the post office is experiencing delays. So I called my post office and was told they have no clue where it is since it hasn't been scanned anywhere but Tampa, Florida. I asked for a new check to be sent out and was told, I'm sorry we do not do that. So basicly they received $120 of test stripes that I have not been paid for!

I sent in my strips received and email that they were received and my check arrived within 2 days. Thank You for the expeditious return!!
