I dont like the payment

I have been with these people for years. I have to say that they are wonderful people. I can't ask for better people than these people here. They send me my package to send my test strips back to them that I don't use and they send me a check back to me. Thanks for being a part of my life everyone 😊

I thought this would be a good company, however after making a call to see why my check was so much different than what I was told, was upsetting. The lady told me that some of the boxes were damaged. I know that they were all together and they would not be. I have been selling strips for years and even tho this is not who I have dealt with before, they are mailed in a box and never, NEVER have they been damaged, they are always taped together and if one gets damaged they all do. I have never been so saddened to find that they could not have picked up a phone to discuss issues with me. This is poor customer service and can't express enough how much I feel wronged. They could have taken pictures or placed a call. They did nothing that they should have or could have to keep there customers happy.

Was ok first time when I got the 72 dollars but when ii got the 48 nope will try to find someone else.
