Hello I sent in I believe 300 or more test strips and all I received was 45.00 ya'll advertised ad is not all it describes one box of my contour 100 test strips cost 55.00 at the pharmacy I wasn't completely satisfied as on going customer

Two Strikes. Last time they reimbursed me for boxes of 50 strips when I sent boxes of 100. They acknowledged their mistake and promptly sent the reminder of the funds to me. This time they did not reimburse full amount. No note or anything. When I called, they stated a couple of the boxes were ripped. I sent clean, full, intact boxes. Of course, they could have ripped them after receiving them. I guess the next time I will take photos of what I am sending. I had no problem with this company until the last two times. Something has changed and it is not good.
