I submitted a complaint about my order on December 27th 2019 and I have not received a response so today January 8th 2020 I call to complain again and the answer was the receiving department claimed one of the boxes was sliced open so I would not be paid for it I was told that they would send me an email of the video of the receiving department opening my box they're telling me they cannot send the video proof that they are claiming this is the second time receiving department has made an error on my shipment the first time they said I sent to 50 count boxes of test strips when there were two 100 count boxes and they did not rectify the problem until I sent an email proving the boxes were hundred count by the labels I had kept off the boxes I am very disappointed and how they handle their complaints basically they say whatever the receiving department says stands but they will not attempt to send any response or video to back up their claim it's just whatever they say goes and when I refer to they I am speaking of the receiving department there needs to be a department that handles disputes not just the customer service answering team which states that they have no control over what receiving department says
