Never again will I deal with this company. I recently sent an unopened box of 100 retail accu-chek strips, with the $5.00 bonus scratch off the reimbursement was to be $51.00. After receiving no check I called, the customer service rep said I would NOT be reimbursed because the box was opened. I don't believe that at all. The item's were sent in their return box and taped securely. I am upset because I know that I didn't cause the package to be damaged IF IT WAS. Valerie F.
