I never received my check. And i tried to call and email with no response

I received my check in six days, fabulous and thank you! The bad news? I believe I sent nine sealed, within criteria 50-count containers Of strips, but only received credit fewer than seven.....they were valued at $22.00 when I mailed them off. Did the value change? No explanation.... Sincerely, Mike Pena
