Most of the time I got paid what I was supposed to but then they decided to say my box was damaged and I know for fact it wasn't so I only got 1/4 the money for it . THEY LIE !

I sent a box of 100 onetouch ultra test strips was torn and 2 boxes of lancets of 100 and a $5.00 coupon I was told I could get anything because it was not the correct ticket on the box. i ask the lady to send them back, instead I received that weak check Of $28.50 I take pictures of all my items before sending and keep them in case something like this happens. And I took a picture of the check that was sent. I emailed it to my son in law. Who works for the FBI, who told me these companies are already being investigated but they didn’t have pictures of items. He will help me make a deal to stay out of trouble. Plus you or your receptionist is very unprofessional and nasty. Have a great day

The strips get there quickly and payment comes back fast. That money comes in handy.

I sent strips in and was told that I if I sent lancets in then I need to send them together I spoke with someone and let them know o could not fit it all in the one box they provide so I sent it separately . I was then told after they received it that I would not get any cash for the lance tax and kept my vouchers
