Well before I would have gave them five stars. Recently they messed up my order, said boxes were damaged when they were not. Said boxes have markings on them which they did not. So they lied and only paid me part of what I was owed. I called customer service twice. Was told there's nothing they could do about it. I will be looking into another company.

I was skeptical at first, til I sent my first kit back. I was kept notified of every step, when it was received, when they sent the check back and approximately how long it would take for me to receive it, they also let me know when delivery was made. So glad I chose them to work with. Extremely Happy.

I asked To be paid threw PayPal got a conformation number and everything to get an email telling me to look out for my check in the mail. What is the deal with that? It's all crap maybe you all should conversate and get things in order.
