As our communication stated, the sensor box was open when the package arrived. It appeared that you attempted to glue the side shut that you had previously opened but it didn't stay glued shut. We processed and paid for the sensors as individual sensors since the box was not in New condition and had previously been opened.

It looks like we processed your shipment and issued for the payment to be sent the next business day after we received your shipment but unfortunately we are at the mercy of the postal service to get checks delivered and this occasionally can take up to 2 weeks. For this reason, we typically recommend using electronic payment methods so you can receive your payment within 1 business day after your shipment arrives.
