This outfit is a stone cold ripoff as far as I can tell. Someone donated a box so I attempted to cash it in. They tried to claim it was damaged and I knew it wasn't even by the pictures they took. I was forced to pay the $7 ransom to get it back then sold it for full value elsewhere. I told them if I don't get my $7 back to expect a complaint for mail fraud. Avoid!!

Hi John, As stated in our terms, we cannot purchase items that are damaged. Creases and dents are considered damaged as shown in the pictures we sent to you and shown in the pictures you sent to us of the same product. We tried to make the best of a tough situation by sending your item back to you after you agreed to pay for the return shipping costs. Since we pay for all shipments to be sent to us, we cannot also pay for them to be returned. If your product was not damaged, there would have been no reason for us to return it to you. We would have been able to purchase it and none of this would have happened. We ask our customers to only send us mint condition products to avoid situations like this from happening because everyone loses.
