Hi Thomas, Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, we could not accept two items you sent because they arrived damaged. We notified you of this via email on November 8th and attached pictures of the damaged products to that email. As stated in our terms and conditions, we cannot accept damaged products. Examples of damage include but are not limited to items that are opened, crushed, scratched, dented, torn, stained, cut, have water damage, or have ink on them. You requested to be paid via ACH, and we sent you the payment for the other seven products you sent us the same day we received them. Unfortunately, our bank delayed the payment due to Veterans Day. The money should be in your account tomorrow. We do not have control over how long it takes ACH payments to be deposited after we send them. Hi William, Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, we could not accept the items you sent, as they all arrived severely damaged. We notified you of this via email on October 31st at 4:47 PM, and we attached pictures of the damaged products to that email. As stated in our terms and conditions, we cannot accept damaged products. Hi David, Thank you for the feedback. We received your shipment on August 21st. That same day at 6:00 PM CDT, we sent you an email with pictures of the damaged items and stated that we could not accept them. Please check your email to see that we sent you an email on that day. Over 2 weeks later, on September 9th, you replied to our original email. In our terms, it is stated that if a customer wants their items returned, they need to let us know in a timely manner. 2 weeks is not a timely manner. We cannot keep unused inventory for that long. Hi Jaime, Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, we received two boxes with sliced seals from you. As stated in our terms and conditions, we cannot accept products with broken seals. We sent you pictures of the damaged products. We paid you for all of the other products you sent to us because they were all in mint condition and met our guidelines. Hi Sarah, We paid you for the products you sent us quickly and in full. You requested to be paid via PayPal, they charge a 3% fee that we do not have control over. In our terms, it is stated that we do not cover any fees charged by payment processors. You acknowledged that you read and agreed to our terms when you submitted the form on our sell supplies page. Hi Rosemary, In the form submission that you sent us, you asked to be paid via PayPal, which is what we did. We sent you screenshots of the form submission we received from you. It is the customer's responsibility to double-check that their payment information is correct, to ensure that the money is sent to the right place. We opened a case with PayPal to have the money refunded to us and will send it to you again once we receive it. We are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you.
