Hi Belinda, We take transparency very seriously. You were notified by email (with photos) on September 17th that the items received were expired, and you replied to that same thread. We do not purchase expired products, as noted on our website. To give all customers peace of mind, we always encourage taking photos or videos of products before shipment, as noted on our website. That way, everyone has clear documentation throughout the process.

When your shipment arrived, all of the boxes showed visible damage, as documented in the photos we shared with you directly. Per our posted product condition guidelines, we cannot pay full price for items in that condition. We offered $10 per box as a reduced rate or, alternatively, to return the items if you covered postage. You chose to accept the $10 option, and we promptly issued payment at your request. We understand that you believe the products were shipped in better condition, but unfortunately, our evaluations must be based on the state in which the items arrive to us. That’s why we provide photos and clear terms upfront, so our customers can see exactly what we see. Hi Herman, Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the products you sent were stained and damaged, which unfortunately means we cannot purchase them. We sent you photos of the products. We have quality standards in place because the products must meet certain conditions for safety and resale. Additionally, Verio 60ct is not listed on our price list; we only purchase the products found on our price list. We could not purchase the products solely because of their condition and the product types, not because of the stickers. We encourage all customers to review our terms and product list carefully before shipping to avoid any confusion. Hi Coleen, Thank you for the feedback. I understand it is frustrating that we could not purchase everything you sent us. Unfortunately, the damage was not "barely noticeable." Several of the products you sent us were stained, dented, ripped, and sliced. As stated on our website, we do not purchase damaged products.
