Poor quality Biofreeze gel
I ordered Biofreeze gel as shown on their picture on their internet ads but when the order arrived it was also a Biofreeze gel but of a different brand and quality. Made a mistake of ordering from them. Should have just ordered it from Amazon. Stay away from this company, everybody.

But you forgot to mention that you emailed me and my IMMEDIATE (as in, the MOMENT I received your email, I replied) response to you was: Hello Reynaldo, Sorry for the inconvenience. You didn’t give me much information. Your order number 69189 was for one BioFreeze 32 Ounce pump bottle. There is only one BioFreeze 32 Ounce pump bottle. No substitute. No “Off-Brand.” So, if you didn’t receive a BioFreeze 32 Ounce pump bottle, you were sent the wrong item by mistake. never again was cheated
Placed one order received cheapest item in order and because tracking says delivered which again was for cloths which are useless without my tens unit I’m out 2 heading pads and a tens unit which I am in desperate need of

Do not expect a new product!
I had removed my review, because of the attack reply from Jim at the store. But I have every right to leave a bad review! And please know that your reply to my review was not okay! I bought a brand new item. I received a used, non working item. Put yourself in my shoes, it is not that AFTER i received you said you'd make it right, it is the fact your place of business sends item that were previously used, and returned. What kind of place does that! I may report this to the BBB, because i am sure a lot of people are elderly, more so than me and are being ripped off! I received a refund, but what I wanted was a working, new heating pad, not a hassle, headache and to be mistreated for YOUR mistake!

Hi Mark, So sorry to hear the product you bought isn't working. You know, we have our phone number plastered on our website, as well as multiple ways on our website to contact us by email. The receipt included with the product, also includes our toll free phone number. Numerous ways to contact our customer service, and correct the problem. But you chose to give us a poor review on Trust Pilot, even though you have no idea how our customer service works. Will Trust Pilot replace the defective merchandise? I don't think so. So you are upset, and still have a defective item. I suggest you give us a call at 1-800-891-9399, and we will be happy to replace your defective item. Or maybe help you return it for a refund.

Waow! Don! Noticing that your handle is,"Part of the Problem." It's interesting, that someone with that handle would think our company could stay in business for almost twenty years, and have almost a 9 rating on Trust Pilot, with a website that won't let you make a purchase? And, after having such a problem, you failed to call our toll-free number to ask what WAS the PROBLEM, I see how you earned your handle.
