It's taking more than a week to receive…
It's taking more than a week to receive my order. Assumed I would receive my pen tips within a week . Have now run out of pen tips.

You see, according to the tracking, your order was placed on 3-19 and delivered on 3-20! https://www.uniteddeliveryservice.com/track/barcode/U00391011492534 We could have put a trace on your order if you called us. But you needed to give us a crappy review. So maybe Trust Pilot can find your order! Did you think that a company in business since 2002, would make a habit of taking peoples money and not delivering???? Maybe that's your company, but not mine. Thanks so much!
