I was disappointed about how you…
I was disappointed about how you shipped my order it came by FedEx instead of going to my PO box things in my neighborhood get stolen luckily I was home this time to receive it.

Great service & helpful Customer…
Great service & helpful Customer Representatives, BUT have had SEVERAL problems/issues with on time delivery - & have had to be refunded numerous times, which is very inconvenient. HOWEVER, the services provided have been good.

The items weren’t what I expected
The items weren’t what I expected. There was no tracking information provided. Items were poor quality, one broke taking it out of the package.

Nice of you to give us a bad review without calling us to see if we could correct the problem. Our published shipping policy states standard shipping can take as long as seven business days. You ordered on the 24th in the late afternoon. The product shipped on the 25th and got to you on the 27th. What is important on July 2nd about missing tracking info? Simply put the products in a box and mail them to us at: Diabetesstore RMA 82034 4381 NW 124 Ave Coral Springs FL 33065. When we receive your order we will refund. Or, you could call us at 1-800-891-9399 and tell our customer service team about the problem and see if we can fix it. Thank you so much!

I wish that when you were filling my…
I wish that when you were filling my order that you could be alerted to my purchase of control solution wasn't compatible with the meter I was buying. But everything was ok after getting my card straightened out.

Ordered an item paid extra for next day…
Ordered an item paid extra for next day arrival. I ended up having to call them to find out where my order was. Cone to find out it was on back order.They should have contacted ME if there was going to be an issue with the order not arriving when it was supposed to.

Sent substitute without contacting me
Sent substitute without contacting me. Could not use. Now my money is tied up until they get the return. I could have ordered from Jet & had good items but now I have to wait for refund at their incompetence. Walking on weak, worn crutch tips. Hope I don't slip. Ordered 12 only got 6. Wrong size. They thought it would be acceptable. How 6 acceptable from 12? How is 1 1/2 shorter acceptable. They need a quality control audit.

Please let me know when you get your correct ones from "Jet" I explained to the customer that we substituted with the closest possible sub, since the item he wants are no longer available. We sent the customer a pre-paid return label in his email. I wish you good luck finding the ones you want.
