The supervisor took the call only to be treated RUDELY!!
Poor and terrible customer service RUINED my day!! They were horrible at their jobs because they're clueless and don't know what to do! I spent hours on the phone being kept on hold because they couldn't find where my order went! Then their supervisor took the call, only to be treated RUDELY and that's when I lost it and hung up!
