had a less than positive SHIPPING experience that involved having to get Amazonpay® involved 5 stars for the price of the item but the two stars tell the story of shipping, communication from seller etc. so i split the difference. Process could and should have been simpler and much more service oriented especially since i actually PAID for shipping. which i'm not accustomed to at all specifically for a less than 8oz item.

No phone number to contact and no response to Web page messages or email. And it was damaged in shipping, returned to shipper, so never arrived.

Do not trust the picture of the product you are looking at. I thought I was ordering the gas fill tube and the lock. All I received was the lock. Now I have to order the fill tube to go with the lock.

I haven't received my order.

I rated this order a 4-star because it took longer to arrive than expected and the shipiping fee; other than that product is great. Thank you!
