House was unlivable when we moved in. No hot water, no working oven, a/c upstairs broken, leaking dishwasher, broken windows and garage. It was literally insane. They use their “buddies” as contractors that do horrible jobs. The whole thing was a racket. Threatened me when I tried to insist we were being shorted on the return of our deposit after 12 months of hell and leaving it cleaner than when we moved in! We actually had to hire a cleaning service to clean the house before we DID move in.

This review is filled with lies. A move-in video was conducted in the presence of the tenants to show the actual condition of the home at move-in. The tenant did not tell us anything, complain, or refuse to move into the home. No one treated their arm to move in. When they moved out, we did another move-out video We simply compared both videos, which conclusively show proof of what tenants did to the home while they occupied it. This is exactly why I follow this process. It's also the most ethical way to prove move-in and move-out conditions, and it's all documented on the videos, all in their presence! Her hateful review was done in spite because she didn't get all of her deposit back. Furthermore, understand I am I am not the one who deducts money; it is the homeowner. I am a manager only. I will choose not to include more issues to report but will say that even your husband said to us to contact him and not you because of your anger issues.
