I been waiting on my redemption since…
I been waiting on my redemption since 9/7 and arill nothing they trying to act as though they don't know or they sent it which is not the truth. My account NEVER HAS A REDEMPTION FOR 170.00 OR EVEN CLOSE. I checked redeem and it shows the amount kn the same day which I know they lying it was late when I played..On last Wednesday they told me they see it and it should be in my account by the 18th this week they come up with another story . They messed up but I want my winnings and not gonna let this go no matter how long it takes or how many excuses they give me.

Absolutely AWFUL!!
Absolutely AWFUL!!! $70 lost in minutes on minimum spins! I couldn't even play it save because I couldn't use my deposit bonus on low volatility table games, now that's very shady. Why can't I use my deposit bonus on table games? Strange? The slots were trash, dead spins galore and no decent bonus throughout the entire $70 bankroll across different games on minimal bet. I can't take this, this is so depressing.
