The Dextego AI Coach app has been a game-changer for me. Powered by AI, it's a fantastic tool for developing transferable skills. With tailored recommendations, inspiration and feedback, my virtual coach provides me with invaluable support. Another interesting feature is the scenario-based challenges push critical thinking and the AI mentor offers useful tips for developing my durable skills. I highly recommend this innovative and user-friendly app for personalized coaching and support in becoming the best version of yourself.

The Dextego Platform works almost like Duolingo. Somethings I learnt along the process: The importance of decision-making: You need to be able to make sound decisions, and you need to be able to make them quickly. The importance of conflict resolution: You need to be able to resolve conflicts effectively, and you need to be able to do so in a way that maintains the team's morale and productivity. The importance of motivation: You need to be able to create a positive work environment, and you need to be able to set clear goals and expectations. The importance of diversity and inclusion: You need to create a work environment where everyone feels welcome and respected, regardless of their background or beliefs.

I am struck by the perfect timing for this App. I sell AI for Sales Pipeline Growth and I partnered with Dextego to complement our own product offering with soft skills development focused on better sales pitching, active listening, and adapting your communication style to the target persona.
