In 08/25 I bought a new product a Dewenwils Smart Timer for pool pump (120volts). I used it less than 2 months on my pool last year. The timer was put in the garage until June 2026 when I openned the pool. However the device did not work , the device is not working. and DEAD. Guess what there is no US NUMBER TO CALL only an email. The support response : yes there is a warranty if 365 days but only if you buy from this website that is representing the company ( Dewenwils.com)!!! This was not indicated on the box!!! This is garbage company selling garbage for good money and they know it is garbage!!!! Absolutely no support while claiming 1 year warranty on their products . Would nor recommend this unit or anything else this company makes and sells!!! A "Heavy Duty unit" used properly that did not survive 2 months. 0 Stars would be more appropriate.

Their customer service is by email. The google contact phone number is not a USA number. Overall customer support is inadequate. I'm having problems with my transformer and can't get help to fix or replace. Time is ticking on the manufacturer's warranty deadline. No personal contact. You should have a human that speaks your language help.

They promptly sent the timers but were “returned to sender” during the delivery. Their customer service has not responded to my emails. Won’t buy this product again. Ever. Use a different brand and save time, money and aggravation. POS

Bought the light sockets, with a remote. Kids lost it and they do not sell replacement remotes. What a waste of money . They offer no help.

Dewenwils products work, but seems to me they are designed with planned obsolescence. Bought a Dimmer outlet switch with remote that I've had for a couple years but it was only in the covered patio with string lights plugged into that were only occasionally used for special occasion get together occasions and not some everyday use. Probably used maybe 100 times at most and it stopped working. A really poorly made product in my opinion especially for an outlet that really doesn't do anything or experience any wear and tear, it literally only conducts the electrical current as an in-between rather than plugging the lights directly into the outlet. It's very clear this product is designed to only work for a certain amount of time or clicks. I find myself not being interested in any of this dewinwils companies other products. This product should not fail like this with its limited use. I can see it being designed knowing that it'll only be used seasonal and going bad after a certain amount of clicks. Very disappointed that Dewenwils products just aren't designed to last and perform. Maybe costco has a similar product i could invest in.

We have several of their sprinkler timers that work ok. Bought another to expand our garden. It fell apart right out of the box. It claims to have a 1 year warranty, just e mail them, and they will get back to you in 24 hours. I e mailed immediately with pictures of the broken item. I came up with a possible fix, that may save having to ship it back etc. I e mailed about the possible fix and that it didn't work (with pics ). It's been over a week and not even a canned response. Save yourself the problems. Do business with a reputable company, not Dewenwils.
