They canceled the conversation silently, wasting my time. No answer from recruiter about the reason. No answer from CEO while I was trying to clarify the situation. No way to contact him, there is no public link that leads to the one who is making decision. Whole experience is very frustrating. Seems that reviews below are not legit at all.

Working at DevsData offers a unique experience due to its multinational environment and commitment to remote work. The company has implemented a comprehensive set of tools and procedures that facilitate effective communication and collaboration, ensuring that the geographical distance between team members does not hinder productivity. The team is cohesive, and the overall atmosphere is friendly, contributing to a positive work culture. However, it's worth noting that the pace of work can sometimes be challenging, with multiple projects and tasks happening simultaneously. This can lead to periods of high workload, requiring better prioritization and management to ensure that the quality of work is not compromised. Despite this, the company’s approach to remote work and the supportive nature of the team make it a conducive place for professional growth. DevsData could benefit from focusing on streamlining processes and improving workload management to enhance the work experience further.
