I had issues with website continuously…
I had issues with website continuously having to start over. Placed the order for the devotional jar( which at this time not received) was charged $18.95 on 12/2 which was what I expected. On 12/11/24 a charge was made to my account in the amount of $38.47. When I required I was informed it was a membership fee that I had requested and was non-refundable. I would have never agreed to a membership as this was the only purchase I was intending to make. So in my opinion they purposely have a ploy to deceive people. Sad that they are using the name Devoted to Christ. Was assured membership was cancelled will wait to see. The original order was confirmed on November 30. I suggest you review every word before ordering and hope you can as I had to try 3 or 4 times as website kept glitching. I say buyer beware. 12/27/24 update They finally refunded half the membership fee after they saw I was contacting the State Attorney General. I received the package on 12/26. So I was able to receive $19.24 as refund which was 1/2 of the membership fee. I still feel the name Devoted to Christ is very disrespectful.
