Horrible. They never shipped the item, won't respond to my request to cancel and refund my payment. The "worry-free delivery return policy" by Seel, issued by Devaise and paid for by me states that they will refund the monies if the item is not delivered timely. They refuse to help and said they only refund if the item is damaged. This is horrible. Do not ever order anything from this company.

The cabinet itself is very mediocre — assembly was straightforward and it looks ok once put together. My problem is entirely with DEVAISE's customer service and return policy. Every other Amazon vendor I've purchased from has offered free returns when there's an issue. DEVAISE sent me a USPS return label with postage due — meaning I'd have to pay out of pocket to send back a product I wasn't satisfied with. When I reached out to raise this issue, I got no meaningful response. It felt like complaints just go into a void. If you're considering buying from this company, be aware that if anything goes wrong, you're largely on your own. Don't expect the same buyer protections you'd get from other sellers on Amazon. I'd think twice before ordering from DEVAISE again. Product is not worth what they are charging and there are better options available. Bottom line: Product — meh. Support — non-existent. Buyer beware.

I purchased the three drawer Devaise Filing Cabinet. The cabinet is very nice, but the instructions to assemble it are terrible. The instructions are often unclear, and truly confusing. It took far too long to assemble it. Perhaps if you had some ordinary folks review instructions and give feedback it would be helpful.

I was gifted a mini file cabinet and the small metal rails that the hanging folders hang on were missing. I reached out to the company to purchase the rails and pay for shipping and they stated that without an order#, there is no warranty and they do not ship parts due to costs from China. I have one of their products and have requested to pay for a part AND shipping and they refused to help me. I don't understand this at all, as they market "customer services" as their main goal.

We ordered two of their 1-drawer single mobile cabinets. Upon delivery, we noticed that two small parts were missing. We reached out to their customer service, and they promptly resolved the issue by shipping the missing parts immediately. The material offers good value for the price. We appreciate their quick response and excellent service. Will buy again.

Bought a cabinet. Started to put together and middle board to short. Can not replace middle board. Only option is to get half money back. They will rip you off. Amazon needs to get rid of this company. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY — IT IS A SCAM! They send broken and damaged furniture and they refuse to return the product. To return the product, they ask you to purchase another item and they also offer you money to leave positive reviews. The seller is a scammer!!!

Never trust them. Bought a recliner for my 99 years mother for Christmas they only shipped half of the chair. Many emails I sent no response. They do not have any phone number in their site for customer service. I will report them to BBB.
