I had a very disappointing experience with this website. I placed an order, paid in full, and after they received my payment, they blocked me and stopped responding to my messages. I never received my order or any explanation. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely careful before using this website. I personally feel that I was scammed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Waiting 7 weeks for a product worth €275 from Deuschem, while the tracking information still showed it sitting in their warehouse, was unacceptable. When I contacted them to ask what was going on, I was told not to email every day. Later they admitted that the package had been lost and promised to send me a new tracking number and ship a replacement as soon as possible. Now it’s been another 10 days, and I still haven’t received anything. The only responses I get are the same automated, generic email replies. New update: 15-07-2026 Then I suddenly received a new tracking number for what they said was a replacement package they were going to send. The tracking information showed that the package was still in the warehouse, and it stayed that way for a week. Then, all of a sudden, the original package came through my letterbox, while the new tracking number was marked as “delivered.” Finally, after 2 months and 2 weeks, and after endless back-and-forth emails, my items had finally arrived.

13 days after they suposetly shipped my order and still no tracking info. Im starting to consider the order lost.

Literalmente una estafa. Como dicen en los comentarios y la gente por foros y grupos de telegram, haces el pedido y se quedan con tu dinero, nunca enviarán el pedido. Te contestan mensajes copia-pega como “preguntaremos a nuestro almacén” o “hay demoras en el suministro, pero el pedido llegará” todo falso, son una estafa. Ya no envían ni lo volverán a hacer jamás. A mí me estafaron 400 euros. QUE NADIE COMPRE, ESTAFA. Además tienen un grupo de telegram con bots haciéndose pasar por personas reales defendiendo a la empresa como si siguieran haciendo envíos mientras cientos de personas dicen que no les llega su pedido. ESTAFADORES

Not delivered 18 days later. Every email I send they give me same scripted reply. There were very good at first until they got my money. Complete scam I will never use again

Very upsetting to wait over month for your products. Custom support replys always that no worries it will arrive. Bestie promises delivery with in 5-12 days. Now it has passed over 20. No tracking available. Any other site that I've used for these products has delivered with in a week. No problems what so ever. This one has nothing else then problems. It's very fustrating and also because the don't do refund as soon as it's shipped. Well it says shipped but it's in their warehouse based on the information they're carrier gives. I got reply today that it should be delivered this week. I will update my review if that happens.

Son unos estafadores,anteriormente hice 2 pedidos con ellos y todo correcto pero este último lo hice en marzo y 2 meses después no he recibido nada... Me mandaron un número de seguimiento que nunca se actualizó y supuestamente la semana pasada me reenviaron y me vuelven a dar otro número de seguimiento que no se actualiza,siempre está en el estado" En ruta a Dhl ecommerce o esperando procesamiento" Me he estado informando y no es un caso aislado,últimamente su modus operandi es que contactan con DHL para enviar un pedido crean una etiqueta y un número de seguimiento pero DHL nunca llega a recibir el paquete,por eso no se actualiza el seguimiento...He perdido 500€ con ellos así que informaros muy bien antes de comprar aquí por que perderéis vuestro dinero.
