The whole process was seamless and simple. It was easy to RSVP and make the hotel reservation. I made a price match request and Helen, Destify guest experience representative, gave me a great offer! I requested a price match to the rate I found on the resort website, which was offering a cyber holiday deal/sale. The resort website offered a non-refundable, full payment, no changes or cancellations allowed rate and Helen was able to offer me an alternative, very reasonably priced, flexible rate. The rate that Helen offered did not require upfront payment, and I can modify or cancel in the future. Overall, I am very pleased and highly recommend Destify.

We needed assistance changing venues for my son's wedding due to Hurricane Melissa. We needed to adjust our guest list, add/ cancel/ and rearrange some rooms, as well as apply for the "Price Match" when available. Helen, our Destify Guest Experience Representative, quickly put our minds at ease. Helen was knowledgeable, responsive, professional and most importantly patient as we navigated getting everyone resettled. 10 Stars...
