I was having trouble editing incorrect guest information on my reservation after booking. It's imperative that personal information matches your passport so I emailed customer support when the site would not save my edits.To my surprise I got a quick response back from a representative named Evalyn. She was very helpful and made corrections to my reservation promptly.

Handled the problem very quickly

This was 1st time using this Destify website to RSVP for my friend's wedding and using the price match portal. Using the online portal was effortless and easy to maneuver. I'm also giving a 5 star rating because Joe was able to approve and notify me of the price match promptly and update my account in a timely manner. Evalyn made my experience with Destify flawless and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I am coming for a close friend’s wedding at the Royalton Punta Cana. I made a bundle with my trip to DR including flights and the private airport transfer. She did an amazing job and excellent customer service!!
