In this day and age to not be able to exchange a dress is ridiculous. Especially, when the sizing guide is inaccurate.

So I ordered a Jenny too dress, did all the necessary steps to ensure I got the right size. Well, when the dress came in, it didn't fit at all. I thought - why don't I measure the actual dress and compare to the measurements online. After doing this, I see the dress is two - yes, TWO whole sizes - smaller than I ordered. That wouldn't even be the worst part of the whole situation. The worst part is, I can't return this dress because this site does not allow returns. So now I'm stuck with this dress that I can't wear because it is way too small.

I ordered shoes...couldn't use the discount due to restrictions...the shoes arrived and were terrible...flopped all over and were definitely not the quality for the price!!! Most uncomfortable pair of flat, no support, flimsy shoes I have even tried on. Then their return policy is such that you pay double shipping to return stuff which in the end you recoupe nothing from your terrible purchase!!! Terrible terrible terrible!!!!

I ordered a dress according to the size chart on the dessy website and when i got it, it doesn't fit. I think having a no return policy on such expensive dresses that will be hard to resell is a terrible sales practice, especially when the size chart doesn't work. Ordering dresses online is risky, you should be able to exchange for a different size. They say it can't be returned because it is a custom dress, but how is something anyone can order really custom? Will not use Dessy again

The dress i received was poor quality - and there's no way it was actually Alfred Sung. THe lining was made wrong which I had to have a seamstress fix and she confirmed it was indeed not real.

The dresses I ordered were not well made or true to size, despite following their sizing guidelines. Unfortunately they are non refundable. Won't ever order from there again or recommend them to anyone.

The dress was melted from sealing the plastic. It was flimsy and ill fitting. It appeared to have been fashioned for a humpback.
