I'm assisting my daughter finding groomsmen ties that match or coordinate with her bridesmaids dresses. This has been much more difficult than expected. I ordered 5 fabric samples and paid >$30 for overnight shipping which took 4 days. Then, after selecting a color, we find out that this color has been discontinued! If I could rate Dessy with a zero, I would. Could not be more disappointed.

The shoes I ordered are extremely cheap. They are made in China, do not fit properly, and hurt my feet. They honestly feel like cardboard. Also, the cheapest option for shipping is $12. I am going to return the shoes and have to pay additional shipping. The shipping charges cost as much as the shoes! I will NEVER shop here again.

I ordered my dress based on my measurements and when the dress came it did not fit. I had to take it to countless alteration shops...before finding someone who could take it apart, add fabric and completely redo the dress..because it was not made correctly to begin with. After paying 300 for this dress.. I had to kick out another 180 for alterations. I could have bought a whole new dress. The bust was too big ... and the back dimensions were not the same from the bottom of the zipper to the top. It was a disaster...I will never purchase from this company again and will make sure to let everyone I know to avoid them also..

Wir sind mehr als unzufrieden mit dem Service. Meine Frau hat Mitte Mai zwei Kleider bestellt. In den FAQ´s sowie in den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen steht, dass man gern mehrere Kleider bestellen kann. Es gibt die Möglichkeit die Kleider auch wieder innerhalb von 30 Tagen zurückzusenden und man würde das Geld wieder rückerstattet bekommen (lediglich das Porto muss selbst getragen werden!). Meine Frau hat nun ein Kleid behalten und das andere wieder zurück gesendet. Nach etwas 1 Monat haben wir uns dann bei Dessy gemeldet, und gefragt, wo denn das Geld bleibt. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir das Geld wieder auf unsere Kreditkarte gutgeschrieben bekommen! Leider ist bis heute nichts passiert, so dass wir zwei Kleider bezahlt haben, zudem noch Portogebühr in Höhe von € 20,-- aber lediglich nur ein Kleid haben! Das ist ein super Geschäft für Dessy aber für uns sehr, sehr unbefriedigend! Ich rate allen dazu, sich keine Kleider bei Dessy zu holen, denn der Service ist alles andere als gut!! Nie mehr Dessy!!!

I was asked for this opinion even though it's been 6 weeks since I placed my order and have not yet received yet. So thus far, my experience has been negative.

Victoria, I am sorry to hear you are displeased. We have looked up your order and it clearly states that this dress takes 8-9 weeks manufacturing time. Your dress did in fact ship early,and, is out for delivery with UPS now under tracking number 1ZA1A2670302206217. You should have also received an email with this tracking information. Dress is a shapeless sack that doesn't look like the picture. The dress is not flowy like in the picture...the material is stiff....just another ugly waste of money bridesmaid dress!!! Also, the box was left in the pouring rain...thank god the dress was in plastic.
