I was able to buy the burnt orange ties for my groomsmen but not my ivory tie for my wedding. I sent a message to customer service and found out it was discontinued. It seems strange to offer so many colors but not one of the most common wedding colors.

The ordering process was easy enough, I'm glad that I was able to use a promo code. I received the garment within reasonably expected time frame. The quality is not spectacular, It is a flimsy gown.

The color of the dress was pretty, but that was the only thing that was good about the dress. The dress was expensive and the quality was poor. The material felt cheap and the zipper was horrible; it kept getting stuck and felt like it was going to break. The dress also had a really bad smell to it when I received it. It smelled dirty and like it was sitting in a warehouse with chemicals.

The dress I received doesn't seem to be the same quality as the dress I tried on at the boutique.

The dress I ordered is very pretty, however my main problem came with the stylist I spoke with in order to determine which size to order. I was measured by the woman who altered my wedding dress, so I know they were correct. What was frustrating was that I was told by the Dessy Group stylist to order a size that ended up being almost 2 sizes too big...putting me into the 'extra size' category, which cost more money. In turn, I ended up having to spend the extra money for a FAR too large dress that cost me almost $100 to be altered because it was so huge (to the point the entire top of the strapless dress wouldn't even stay up; it just flopped over.) I understand having to pay to have the dress altered, I was fully expecting that because dresses aren't made to fit every body type, but to have been advised to purchase a dress that cost more money and had to be completely altered from top to bottom was very frustrating.
