Overall, dessy was better than most bridesmaid dress experiences, but it's hard to get it perfect. Would be willing to repeat with them given improvements over other competitors. Sizing runs large. I ordered one size down from what my measurement required and still big. Also sized for tall women, well above average height... If you're 5' 9in this is great, if not, proportions, waist and neckline are in the wrong place slightly. Colors could be better represented online. Because they don't actually photograph the colors, just paste in digitally another color, ours was quite different than pictured. Higher definition here would be helpful. Finally, overall quality was a bit disappointing for the price... all polyester, fabrics don't feel nice... but the simplicity of the process makes up for that somewhat.

Zipper broke first time wearing it. Very temperamental. Other bridesmaids dresses had poor quality zippers as well.

I've never worn shoes less comfortable than these ballet flats. I would have returned them except I had to wear them as a bridesmaid. The shoes feel like they are made of cardboard, pinched toes, but were too wide. I normally wear 8 or 8w, and purchased an 8. They looked like children's shoes with the extremely rounded toes, and were wide on the sides- there was visible space between the sides of my feet and these shoes. There is zero support in these shoes. I took these off the second I could (post pictures). I was not the only one who felt this way - everyone changed out of these flats into different flats or other shoes. i would not recommend these for anyone. The only positive I can say is that the shoes came with a protective cloth bag with handles which was very nice. The company itself was very good to purchase through.

When I initially tried on the dress the first time once it arrived the zipper did not zip up it was stuck in the middle of the seam. I informed Dessy and they said it was there defect and would fix it 2 days which they did. The customer service end was fantastic but over all the dress is not work $230 the material to me is cheaper fabric. I also had to get it taken in which cost me another $95 so to me the dress and sizes do not match well. I appreciate how attentive the staff were with my complaint on the zipper so thank you.

Beautiful dress and I loved the style, but it was a pain to fit though. Online measurement numbers were not that helpful. I am 5'6", 132 pounds and measured as best I could. Not all areas will fit perfectly so be prepared to have it tailored if you'd like it to fit well in all areas. The other bridesmaids struggled with this as well.

Online the color "Midnight" appeared very black; however, it was a dark navy blue. The suggestion that this shoe runs small by a size was fairly accurate. I was able to use the shoes with another dress, but due to color they were unable to be worn with the dress originally purchased for.

First someone ask me for my address like 3-5 time and the shipping was turn back cause was wrong even on the phone call . Second the dress was Not what I was expecting to look like ..
