DO NOT TRUST THEM! This company is a front. I personally went to there office in Sherman Oaks, they don't exist. Once they get your money you will never hear from them again. They are scammers. I paid 8,000 for a design plan and never received it. I notified law enforcement, architectural board, Better Business Bureau, IC3 and their bank. I filed a lawsuit against as well. Their website is a front, do not believe a word they say. Lucas Acosta is a thief and scammer.

I had a disappointing experience with DesignsAlpha.com. Errol was rude during our interactions and ended a phone call abruptly. The initial quote was also sent to the wrong email address, which caused unnecessary delays. When he later followed up and I let him know I had decided to move forward with another company, he cut the call short again. Overall, the communication was unprofessional and discourteous. I believe customer service and professionalism are just as important as the service being offered, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.
