Hired them a month back for the website, still struggling to get response from them! During our initial communication, they were responsive and quick but once I have paid the money I haven't heard back from them. Waste of time and money .. huge disappointment NEVER HIRE THEM Dr M. Dawson

Scam! I have worked or try to work with them in 2019 and I paid extra to have my logo in 24hrs. Of course that wasn't delivered. It took 2 full weeks for me to have my logo, it was not what I had requested at all. They were trying to push other products on me and in order to have the logo that I paid for ready in time. After I left a bad review on FB they called me yelling at me and harassing me for leaving a bad review. A year later they still call me, even though I have blocked their numbers, they try to be all nice on the phone and when I tell them "No, I won't ever work with you again or refer you to no one", they yell at me saying that they don't need my business. If you want real reviews, go look on FB. The 5star reviews you see anywhere else are all fake. This company doesn't deserve not even a 1 star.

This company is fraudulent. Paid in full, and became another victim. Their technique is to actually begin to work with you and gain your trust. Then when you ask for what you paid for - your website, they disappear. Don't believe anything they say, don't give them any money, probably a good idea to call the police as soon as possible to get anything back that you can. STAY AWAY

I started out very poorly with my original contact David Jones. He never returned calls. I then was told he resigned and I was assigned Dennis Morgan who actually was great and moved my project along. During this time I was called by a employee named Jason who said I need to add the following: Norton- to my site- $3,000 PCI Compliance to my site- $1,000 Secure backend coding- $1,000 Within the 60 day time frame when I knew I could chargeback the credit card- I authorized my bank to charge back the PCI compliance charge as well as the Norton. Unfortunately, Dennis talked me out of it and I cancelled the chargeback as the website was progressing nicely. Well my website has none of these upgrades and now I have been assigned Rafael James who will not return my calls or emails. Last week we had a call scheduled for a meeting to discuss why my PCI scans are failing and he was a no show- Each time I call the office my phone disconnects- Not a very professional way to manage the business

Please don't make the same mistake that I did. They promised to finish designing my website in 3 weeks. We went back and forth because they made so many critical mistakes and errors. The project is at the mark of almost 4 months but they decided to take off and never refund me the money. BE CAREFUL and DONT BELIEVE the good reviews.

I have never been able to use my website. Nor will they respond. I need my domain back so that I can make my own webpage.

This company took my money, created the website, made it live - then in a few months - it DISAPPEARED! Now it says the site is "suspended". I called, the music plays then hangs up on sales and support options. No one answers. The chat says "leave a message" this use to be a live person, now nothing. The server company that they use may be the only hope I have to get all of my design and information for my business website. This was a TRUE LIVE business and now I have NO business website. This fraudulent company basically set up shop online, pretended to be legit or was legit for about 3 months - took thousands from businesses then disappeared off the planet. Knowing what i know about hosting and servers, I am sure they paid for hosting and server through a 3rd party outsourced company for a short, lets say 3 months to get away with taking the money from us, then didn't pay the bill anymore- surprise, your website disappears and all of the data due to no server and no hosting. WOW! DO NOT use them or you will regret it and your business will SUFFER!

They never respond on time and have total disregard to the client. I hate that I was involved with them. I would not recommend them to any one, they are not serious and have terrible work ethics.
