Originally we had a rough start. Then they changed our lead contact person to Burak and all went smoothly after he was put in charge of our project. Our website is 10 months live and we could not be happier. They have delivered as promised. My web sales have allowed our phone sales to be almost obsolete. Which means my employees can produce more efficiently. For full disclosure I did have to upgrade the original sales pitch for increased security, which I am very happy with. Burak (last name not disclosed) is AWESOME!!! Thanks again.

Experience was great. Speedy and super Professional. There was a minor hiccup where I was sent the wrong Logo but that was fixed in no time. Highly recommend.

Either these reviews were made by the company or I just ended up with the worst team, Travis & Brian. I started working with design proficient in September 2018. I initially reached out to them to create a logo for me. Initially they did a pretty good job with the logo & was responsive so after multiple calls from them offering to trademark my logo & to create my website, I decided to give them a try. It is now mid February 2019 & I have yet to receive my website and the company charged me over $1500 to complete the items that I listed but I have not received a finish product. No proof of trademark. No proof that they purchased my domain. No website. After multiple phone calls to speak to a manager, I was told by my account manager Brian that he is the only manager that I can speak with. I have given them multiple opportunities to correct their wrong & I have requested a finished website product or to refund my money but to no avail. I am now beginning the process with my attorney & credit card company for a refund. This company is completely fraudulent.
