Design ProficientReviews of designproficient.com

Horrible service and complete scammer. If you are smart, you will not do business with this company. After my experience, I want to caution any prospective customers from hire this company to do any business with them. I will continue to communication this experience on any communication mechanism and social media platform I can find. If I could give them a zero I would.

Worst experience ever. Paid alot of money for them to give my old website a face lift . After several months my site finally went live but customers were not able to contact me as the contact form didn't work. Then all of a sudden my site wouldn't even load. They said my site was hacked and would need to pay another 500.00 us funds. (I'm Canadian) in order to get it up and running again. I even purchased a 5 yr. maintenance package but they said it doesn't cover this. I had no choice but to hire another company to create a whole new website. This company is very unprofessional. PLEASE BEWARE!!

Very amateurish logo designs. They gave me a questionnaire to fill out and I filled it out in detail. I got designs that were so far off from the questionnaire I filled out. The "Design Manager" asked me to fill out the same questionnaire about 3 times and I was still getting the same designs they just changed the font. I wouldn't recommend this company if you are looking for a custom design that fits you business.

Jay and George were outstanding with customer care and satisfaction. I was super pleased with how my logos came out

I am lost for words! I had to write another review. They have amazing customer service and listen to you. They don't just create your logo, they help you get things done. I worked with Jay and Jorge and the communication was on point. They are so patient with me and my busy schedule. They answered so many questions and got me on the right track. I will defenetly stick with them to create my website and lean on them for marketing support. Yes, they do all of that. They are AWESOME! I think they might be tired of me telling them that so many times. They're just a great team to work with

Excellent Customer Service! The team consists of hardworking designers who are committed to providing the highest quality of service. I had the opportunity to work with Harry Anderson and George Clapton who made sure that the project was completed on time and satisfied my needs. I appreciate your sense of professionalism. Keep up the good job!

Web-Designer Jay Anderson provided great service. You just have to provide all the photos and contents, and they will get it done. Quick with responses for any changes. Design Proficient is providing a affordable price with great service. I would recommend for any start up company.

Jay Anderson is one of the best people to design, critique and present a product in good quality fashion. The company as a whole is awesome and caring as well.
