DesignficationReviews of designfication.com

BEWARE. They are calling to "fix" their past, disavowing the creeps that cheated us. Don't believe them. I got 3 calls. The first time, they said, we'll "help" you but we can't get your website files back, and...oh, by the way, IF you give us another $400, we'll design another website for you! The 2nd call was more hopeful and promised me he would do his best to find my website files, thinking he might be able to, and oh yes, btw, we'll give you 8 months free to make things "right." He sounded sincere, and I think he was. I promised that I would take down my bad reviews if he followed through and kept in touch and kept his promises... The 3 rd call called on the heels of his call, about two weeks later. Btw, no, we can't give you 8 months free - it's not possible....but if you give us $_____, we'll...... I HUNG UP.

This is a scam. They shut down our website and would not give us access until we signed up for their seo package.

Buyer beware. This is 100% a scan company. They got me for over $10K and delayed my project beginning by a year. I am in the process if filing a kawsuut.

Scams, all they want is money up front and delay so they can try and charge more. Do not believe the 5* reviews, just a scam to get suckers to pay them. I paid full fee, then they wanted more for something more, at that point they thought to get more out of me and that was the end. Look at all the bad reviews and run, do not be taken by these criminals. They know how to scam and delay, do not even think about joining them, will not even answer my phone calls and this will happen to you.

I give their logo department a star for doing a good. But the web group couldn't understand what I wanted nor were they seemingly willing. So I finally said no to the website because of all of the trouble. No refunds. I tell you they will trade and use that $$'s on another of their services. but I've not seen any results with that. Then I was told they could get a trademark put through the US Trademark and Patent office for 5 yr for $500. because they had all of the logo info the trademark office would need. After a few months I asking for some info from the trademark office about my logo TM and was told they would email it to me...now at least 4 month, nothing yet. Well today I got a bill from the Trademark office say I need to send them a check for $1420 within 10 days. So I really need the $500 Designfication and their many names they use and the $200 taken for a website that didn't happen. Then I have to find another $720 so I can have the trademark. Plus they are hard to get hold of. I'm ready to go to the BBB.I will wait for another week to see. I have called all 8 phone# with week leaving messages.

Original agreement was not honored. Part way trough the project, PM was changed. Then they started demanding additional money. Doubling the price. They refuse to complete the project as agreed and refuse to refund deposit paid. Nothing has been delivered. They also go by DesignFication, TheWebProvider, SmartStartupSolution, and others. Beware!

I print on clothing for customers. I had my doubts for some time and Amy kept telling me to give her team to make a few changes. After months of going back and forth the team did a great job! This is what we needed. So AMY! You and your team have done a wonderful job of completing everything, hope to work for all the future projects with you guys! Awesome customer service!

Great customer service and really have a great eye for detail on making sure everything is correct. Would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their website.
