The whiskey is absolutely fabulous according to my husband, the packaging is stunning, and the card included with what I asked to include was handwritten beautifully. I expected something really cool but my expectations were totally exceeded. The customer service was also absolutely fantastic (I do not drink whiskey so I needed help from Designer Dram), they responded very fast every time, and they beat their estimated arrival time.
