Design EminentReviews of designeminent.com

Terrible Company! Great communications until you pay them. Lies and miscommunications. I have screenshots and texts to show it! Beware of Nathan and Dale in particular. Promise to call back and do not. Promise to rectify situations and do not. I believe that many of the posts on this site (Trustpilot) were sent in by Design Eminent. Look at Yelp Reviews .... all terrible. As of 7/25/20, after repeated attempts to reach Design Eminent, there has been no response. They hang up each time I call and never respond to emails. This is a SCAM COMPANY!! Beware as they operate under other names. They told Trustpilot that they will resolve all issues. They have done nothing.

Please be careful with this company I lost 2000$ for nothing. Initially quoted me 750$ with complete website. Later i ask them do professional quotation they ask me add 399$ that should be included in the price since I didn't had knowledge I was taught some thing different I paid. Then they said the price will be included with contents but later they said no then I add 400 $ even the contents was very poor. After that they bought my company domain from godaddy I said why you do that I had domain but since they want money they forced to use the new domain. In their website says 100% owner ship but after I ask give back my company domain they ask me to pay money they laid some one bought but we bring back.later they ask me to pay for logo ownership I said I don't need. Later they crashed my website even I can't log to back in to wordpress they ask to pay for metainance .we have agreement for 5 years hosting plan. Finally I asked to remove my website and my personal information from they system they ask also 450$.becarfull from simon burak ryan jhoswa ,nelson all are dangerous people.

They can sell but have no clue about website development and project management. Check out Ninolife.com and you see what I mean DESASTER!!! after almost 20 rounds of feedback even basic functionality isn't there, horrible experience design wise (which was all provided as a simple copy to the exisitng Mysalahmat.com site) Chekc it out and you will know what I mean who dares to deliver sthg of such low quality should not be in business.

I would have gave my current account manager 5 stars for staying in touch with me, however I have waited over a year for my website to be built and have had 3 account managers assigned to me while I wait. Hopefully we can make some progress next week. We'll see. 1year later... Never did I get a website or anything. They stole my URL and never gave me a credit on anything. This is the worst feeling ever. If your reading this, do your self a favor and never do business with Design Eminent. You will regret it.

I wrote a review of this company in the beginning and i was ok with the service and didn't take note of others but it's true they are scammers paid them for the work and now they took down my site and holding for ransom so to say, said I got an infected site and a whole bunch of lies that I had confirmed by a real tech guy...SO KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND FOR THE MOST PART THERE RUDE .. DONT SPEND A DIME WITH THEM I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND AND GOING TO THE FCC AND ATTORNEY GENERAL WITH THIS IF I DONT GET MY MONEY OR WEB FILES

Don't loose your money!!! I've been working with this company for a year and they have not provided me with a working website. I can't access the admin page to manage my site. I can get my email addresses to work and have complained (nicely) about this numerous times. I've paid them for things they never did. I would NOT use this company. They make all kinds of promises but never come through. I was even promised an app because they were trying to be nice in the beginning to get my money but when I've asked about it over and over again I've got no answer. I've sent one more email on the design thread we communicate on asking them to fix my admin log in so I have control over the site I have paid them for. If they own up and complete what they promise I will revise this review but until then I will continue to work with my CC companies fraud department to get back my money and move on to an honest design company. If you want to get more details from me please email me at cpjsonoma at aol and I will be happy to go into much more detail.

These guys are manipulators and will find every excuse to try to take your money. They word things in your contract to make you think you are getting things then make you pay extra for them when you want them. They also charge your credit cards without your authorization. They have caused me so much headaches and grief. I am surprised these guys have not been arrested yet. They all are using fake American names and it sounds like they juggle names around and pretend they are the other person. They say 100% ownership and 100% money back guarantee but will make you pay to hand over your site. They try to make themselves look good with these reviews at the start, but read the terrible reviews on google.

It's a very bad deal, The team are very nice, but in the end they have to demand you a lot of money. I did my website withe them but it's hacked by some one and they did not secure the website and they need more money to secure it. No one will give you website without security.
