I’m giving a one-star rating due to relentless back-to-back calls that felt like harassment. After finally signing up and paying for my website, they continually delayed the process, and the video support was ineffective. I struggled to understand them, missed appointments, and ultimately canceled my project on January 6, 2025. Since then, I’ve received no refund or communication, and not a single apology. Today, I want to warn others to steer clear of this company; all the positive reviews seem suspiciously written by employees, especially those clustered around February 12, 2025.

Not a positive experience with the team at design Cosmics . Many scheduled calls missed, delays in delivery and unclear communication . The website is nowhere where it needs to be while I personally spent countless hours building detailed documents to describe each page of the work. Needless to say it’s an implementation team and no design ideas - including font proposals - come from them.

I am so disappointed with my website by design cosmics I was told by Jim if I am not satisfied with my website he will work on getting it ready and I will be happy, I was assigned to Alex I was told to send pictures of items I would like to add on my website when I take a look at what he as done some of the items were not there I spent over three months contacting both of them as of know I am still getting errors on my website I payed a lot of money to have my website build by Jim and Alex Jim stop taking my calls And Alex asking for more money I am so so disappointed and I cannot recommend anyone else to this company I was ripped off
