Ryan is great to work with tells me what i really needs and doesn't take advantage of me. I drop my '12 Mini Cooper off and it's ready when he says it will be. He even works on some Saturdays late evenings. I had a problem with my HEAT he checked it for nothing and put me at ease that is was just a thermostat adjustment. He is replacing all my belts in the Mini next week. Overall it's a good shop. Next Friday my sister-in-law also going to Desi Auto Care for Mini Cooper timing chain loud noise issues.

Brought my Mercedes S-Class into Desi Auto to have the PSE pump programmed. Shaun was quick and charged a reasonable amount; one shop in Mount Holly charges TRIPPLE the price and would have taken 3.7 hours compared to the 35 minutes Shaun took. Definitely bringing my Benz back for other things that need work on. I would definitely recommend.

As a father with a daughter living away from hometown, her car problems are cause for concern. When my daughter called with a misfire on her MINI Cooper Clubman, I searched for shops online through various forums and read consistently good things about Dedi Auto Care. Shawn was kind enough to install spark plug wires we purchased elsewhere and charge only for installation. After that did not resolve the misfire, he diagnosed in depth and repaired her MINI within a day. Shawn is a MINI Guru.

I went to Desi auto care for a complete front & rear brake job for my 2014 Volvo S60. It was my 1st time there, Drew was very helpful and honest. When was the last time you heard of a mechanic calling you and telling you that you DID NOT need the repair done. He informed me that the brakes still had about 4000 miles left on them. These local, privately owned shops are rare. Kudos!

I finally receive a recommendation from my neighbor to go to Desit Auto Care. There were a few things wrong with my Mercedes SL500: oil light was on, service engine soon was on, and I had been told (by old mechanic) that my front right CV joint needed to be replaced (back in August). I dropped my Benz off early Tuesday morning, and will admit that I was a bit sketched out to be taking my car here. I left with a feeling of dread because I was sure they were going to over charge me for everything and I would be out $1000 at least. They didn’t call until 1pm and I was sure they were going to tell me that the axle needed to be replaced instead of just the CV boot joint. Instead I was pleasantly surprised! They called to say that they looked at my car inside and out, and they could not find ONE thing wrong with it. The CV joint made no noise while driving it, there were no crack on it at all and they no idea why I was told it needed to be replaced. He pointed out some other issues (power steering would need to be flushed at the next oil change, the belts are starting to show some very fine cracks etc.) but his recommendation was that there was nothing wrong with my car. Ryan couldn’t find anything to repair on (besides suggesting next service at 85K miles). Just Amazing!!

They're the only SAAB specialist repair shop in my area. They won't nickel and dime you for every little things. He is honest and bend over backwards to help you out when you're in a bind, within 45 minutes he sent a tow truck to rescue me, he even remembers my name and my dogs name. They're hands-down the most amazing mechanics I've ever encountered. Ryan is great to work with. You just don't see customer service like this anymore.

Ryan work closely with me to accurately diagnose a repeated problem I was encountering with my 2010 Mini Cooper transmission. The car would occasionally bog down and suddenly downshift. this was an extremely dangerous especially when it happened twice making a left turn in a busy Route 38. His diagnostic computer analysis indicated faulty D.S.C. module. After replacing the module he reset the factory programming for the engine and transmission and the car has been running perfectly now for 3 weeks. More importantly, the service is top-notch and gauranteed for 2 yrs. By the way, the shop and waiting area is super clean.

I am a fan! Thank goodness for Desi Auto Care - they saved me a $huge repair bill from what I had been quoted for my 2014 Jaguar XJR at repair shop in Egg Harbor Townshop. Team-Sam also done list of jobs on my VOLVO T5. Both cars health is great now!
