My experience has been wonderful thus far with Deserve. The app and customer service is exceptional.

I'm pleased that I have the deserve edu card, but now that I have another card with no annual fees, foreign transaction fees, AND 1.5% cash back for all my purchases, I'm not really sure what to use my deserve card for. I wish I could just switch to the pro. Either way, it's served me well for a little while, at least!

Helped me when I needed money most

I have had my account open for over four months . I have logged into my account by using the mobile app over 30 times since my account has been opened . EVERY time that I login, I have to first confirm my identity by receiving either a text message, email or by receiving a phone call with a security code. I am accessing the mobile app through my iPhone, which has several security features on it as well as a passcode to unlock it. I should not have to constantly verify my identity before I use the app. I am correctly logging on and typing in my correct password. Why allow the card holder the option to create a login name and password if it is not going to be used to access their account? I will continue to rate this mobile app the lowest possible score until this extra verification step is removed .

The best of services with most student-friendly experience can be expected from Deserve. I really liked associating with Deserve and would surely recommend the same.
