Ok I purchased this product because I really wanted it but I just really didn't have the money at the time i was charged before they shipped it out so i decided to cancel the order and i sent them an email to cancel...I didn't have any trouble getting my money back... they even offered me a 20% money back guarantee if I ordered anyway but I think they are good as far as all that goes in not real sure about the product because I had to cancel
