Not customer friendly. They lie about their guarantee, it is not what they advertise. they say you have nothing to lose try it for 90 days .First they say you can get a refund, but need to send photos to make sure device has not been broken or misused. Then they do not do refunds, but will you give a small percentage of your cost, then offer you a $100.00 credit for their merchandise, and no need to return the device. So, I used their credit for $100 and entered the code, it was applied, but when I exited the total was $113.15. Tried to get my 100.00 back, its useless. I had to spend a 100.00 on the crappy products to take advantage of the credit. They mailed me one item of the two I ordered. No sign of the second item 6 weeks later. Also, they have a club membership which I did not apply for, supposed to get some of their products free, I never received any product, so how would I know they signed me up. after checking my credit card statement more closely, they charged me 51.82 for 3 months that I had not noticed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I'm sick of dealing with this business, they do nothing but grab your money and use your credit card even if you did not authorize them to. Seriously, do not get involved, you will regret it. I don't know if the product works, it is sitting in my closet, trying to look at it this way, out of sight, out of mind, but it's not working.

I wish I had read these reviews before clicking on their ad. Derma Dream is fraudulent company that only wants your money. Their 90 day satisfaction guarantee is a lie. It's not a money back guarantee It's a hoax. Thankfully I caught the fine print about the membership. After clicking through multiple screens that tried to add more and more to my order, I regretted buying anything. However the ads warn that if you leave the screen you could be charged double. The next day I received texts and emails and attempted phone calls insisting that I had to buy more of their expensive products and sign up for the membership in order for the product to work. They are relentless. I continually told them I don't want to talk to them anymore. I've written off the expense as bad judgment and will continue to warn anyone who will listen to stay away from Derma Dream!

I had an issue with my order. I emailed customer service and was very impressed with the company. My issue was resolved without delay or complications. I will definitely order from Derma Dream again and will definitely recommend them. I give Derma Dream 10 out of 10 stars!

I was charged for two orders. I received the first order but never received the second for ($188). They indicated it was delivered. It was not. I believe this is a deceitful company. I had to write several times to let them know I did not want a subscription. I wanted to test the product, which is awful. The stick is hard as a rock and won't "slide" on your eye. I will continue to fight for a refund, but I doubt I will see it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…SATISFACTION GUARANTEE IS A SCAM!!! I purchased a MyoGlow device with the understanding that the company offers a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. I declined the monthly subscription for a lotion they recommend with the device. I was charged anyway and again canceled the subscription. I went through a time intensive hassle to have the subscription stopped and my account credited. No one answers the phone, it rings and rings, or the one time I did get a human he disconnected when I insisted that I didn’t want to pay even more for facial product at a discount for my ‘trouble’. The device I bought was for firming my upper arms. Now to the MyoGlow upper arm firming redlight device. I have not used the device and obviously won’t if I haven’t touched it in 2 months. When I emailed to request a return authorization within the 90 day period I was told no refunds but the company would give me a good deal on facial products as compensation for my displeasure. I said no thank you…I didn’t buy a device for my face and I want a refund for the $350 device which I upgraded to at purchase because of the 90 day satisfaction guarantee. I keep getting ‘how did we do to solve your problem’ survey emails and I repeat myself every time and get the same facial product compensation offers. I have filed a complaint with PatPal as that’s how I paid for the device.

I played and order and emailed to cancel order. Was told can't cancel once order is placed. When getting the package email fot return address and return code for a refund. There is a 90 day satisfaction stamped on web site. Was told no refund. They will give me $100 in credit and I can keep the order. The 90 days doesn't apply for me. Sincei want a Refund the 90 day satisfaction doesn't apply. I don't need another 6 sticker for my lip when I already have 6. I am am a customer and I an dissatisfied with them. I even told relatives about their product but called all of them and said this company does not honor 90 day satisfaction as stamped on wen site. Good companies honor what is on their site other companies put 90 days to trick to get people to order. I will never be another customer and tell others about my experience. I am angry I was tricked into ordering in the first place. When thinking about a company that has a 90 day satisfaction guarantee on the web page be aware some companies do not honor that guarantee.

I ordered a cosmetic product just to try. I was tricked into subscription and received multiple emails and phone calls soliciting me to buy more. When I reached out to customer service to cancel subscription that I was not aware off, I received no information about what I asked for - how to cancel, instead I got multiple never ending offers to buy more. I will need to report it to my credit card, but it is not worth my time. Terrible company.

They sent me a product that did not look like the product I ordered. In fact when I received it in the mail finally, their Logo was not on the device, nor the packaging or the user manual! I told them I wanted my money back and that they were misrepresenting themselves selling me a fake device! They offered me a credit instead. Of course, they only issued a partial refund back to my credit card. I was furious! It was next to impossible to contact anyone in Customer Service. They never answer their phone, nor does it go to voice mail. It just rang and rang and rang! One time someone did in fact answer the phone. However, they did not address themselves as a representative from the company. Instead they just said "hello" as if they were half asleep! Unbelievable!
