Ordered a device for nail fungus and company doesn't honor their return policy.
Ordered a device for nail fungus, and the oil pens, there is a 180 day money back guarantee, for the product. This company does not honor what they advertise. The device never worked properly it would not turn on after charging it, after 1 week I asked for a refund. Contacted company and was told to try charging it longer.It still would not function properly. I asked for a refund. After emailing again, requesting a refund they stopped replying back. I asked my bank to intervene on my behalf, and am currently awaiting for an answer. Warning don't buy from dermachom, they do not honor their advertised policy of fully refunding your money if not satisfied, furthermore the product is faulty. Signed a very unhappy customer.M. Rivera
