I'm no longer able to see the actual meal break times for each employee

I9 processing is garbage, cannot onboard new staff without finalizing the document check. Really frustrating for seasonal hires, remote folks, or hiring/onboarding without employees on site. No work around. There's no logical reason why its treated differently than tax documentation.

I love the app. But because I’m not a huge business there’s no wiggle room for price. My issue is a lot of a staff but only a few hours a week sometimes non, so I pay the same as a huge company with full time staff. I make my money off the staff, when they don’t work I pay for nothing.

They have changed their payment tiers to Lite, Core, Pro. In other words they had a price increase disguised as a feature that nobody asked for. Then it was released as opt-out rather than opt-in. Continual development of features we dont want, and the users keep get price increases. Basic features removed from lite to core so we have to pay more to get what we already had.

I need Deputy to integrate with our payroll processor (ADP WFN) as seamlessly as possible. While I have used Deputy for almost a decade there are still some issues we have regularly that create more work and frankly have been addressed and never solved. 1. We want to track our employees in multiple locations across multiple (payroll) companies, with various pay rates. (temporary departments mapped out from Deputy to ADP) *Ideally, as designed- "Over the air" - without the need to download, export, upload and import into payroll* 2. Tips. Please create a feature or workflow that allows us to enter gratuity owed to an employee into a field that carries over to payroll when exporting timesheets.

Decent rostering software. Contrast of colors difficult to see. Support was easy a few years ago however now is harder and takes longer to make contact.

I like that I can copy and paste the shifts, this makes it a lot faster of a process. Deputy can have some glitches sometimes where you cannot paste shifts for backshift, as it pops up with an error stating it is a bad request: end should be greater than start. Usually, the next day deputy is back to normal.
