Very Poor Customer Service Not only did they block all means of contact from they're Discord servers because they "couldn't figure things out". But they've also gone very inactive lately and have stolen money, and my website. I have attempted to contact them various times, and yet they all result in no response. I would not recommend deploys.io because it is such a terrible web hosting/company. There are many other better web hosters out there, check google, or something else. I would not deal with this place though.

Web hosting was down for weeks, too them ages to even let us know what was going on. They then locked all of their discord channels to stop people complaining that it was down, says about all to be fair.

Never received an activation Mail and therefore could not use the Minecraft Server i paid for. No response (except an automated one) to a ticket i opened for several days, and could not contact anyone via discord since the support channels all were deactivated at the time. This seems to happen rather often from what i've heard.

Purchased a web hosting package with Deploys.io, have been having major downtime with little to no updates about the situation, site has been offline for nearly 5 days with no updates or resolution in site and prior to this, they claim to be having major upstream issues. Used to love deploys, but alas no longer.

Rented a small package for Discord bot hosting at the beginning of july. Worked fine for ~3 weeks, then the downtime and timeouts started. At first it wasnt so bad, service went down for a couple of minutes 1-2 times per day - still a hassle to manually login and start up the bots service again though. From that point up til now, end of august, it has been a rollercoaster of timeouts and downtime for my service. 5 days ago, my service went missing and I cannot login to the controlpanel anymore. I sent in a ticket and 2 days later I get a generic response that they'll look into this. 5 days later Im still here, no response, still cant login and my service isnt running anymore. Did some research on my own, ALL of their discord hosting packages are down. Found their discord, joined it, to be met by locked channels, unable to leave a message or anything. I'd go as far and say that this is a scam. Not notifying their customer for a 5(!!) day long downtime, not answering their support tickets and locking their discord. Gonna fill a dispute on Paypal(its only 3$ but it'll be worth it just to create hassle for them) and spread the world about this sh**ty company. AVOID at all costs.

The available products are good, performance aswell. The panel is pretty good aswell! However, my discord bot is now offline again! I purchased the small discord bot hosting on Sunday, August 18th, 2019. I uploaded the files and it all worked well. After some days the whole site went down, with it my bot. After some days it was all up again, started the bot and it was all fine. Today I checked how the bot was doing, and it was down again. The website works, but the panel gives an error message and the bot is down. First time, okay, but the second time?? Thats too much. The bot does important logging on our discord server, we can not afford so much downtime! Also it was not even announced, website? twitter? discord? Not a single message or explanation.. Not recommended under these circumstances!

Servers go down often, and customer support is non existent, they prefer to just ignore people until they go away. If they know there's a server problem they have a habit of removing your ability to contact them. When the server works, its a pretty simple easy solution. Would not recommend until they fix their support.

The price to performance ratio is pretty good, if you don't consider their unbearable downtimes and lack of support. If you're lucky to even get support, they will most likely be quite unprofessional and indirectly insult you, happened to me too many times. Takes them 12 hours to even put out an announcement that a service is down, not counting in the time it takes them to fix the issue. The host is lead by 3 teenagers who probably started this as a "small project" and it has outgrown what it was intended to be. Seriously, I'd rather use Contabo... I would seriously recommend SecureSRV.io, they have nearly the same prices but their support is not insulting you.
