Switch and bait
Switch and bait. Advertised promo for the $25 gift card for every $250 spent never received.

Hi Yatin thank you for your feedback. Please note, that orders with coupon discounts do not participate in the gift cards and other promotions. Please note we have been in business for over 10 years and served thousands of customers and always fulfill our promises. We hope you can try using our service again in the future. With best regards, DWD team

Lack of timely information
Lack of timely information Hello, I am not very satisfied because they lack to provide information about the items shipped, since the purchase order is for two (02) 3M resins and only one (01) resin arrived. If I had reported in a timely manner that they had only one item, I would have sought to resolve the missing one on the other hand since I urgently require that material.

I ordered my product you never shipped…
I ordered my product you never shipped it you never communicated with me that it was not shipping and when I called your office they said oh it’s on back order and as of this note that I have been refunded so one star is to many at this point.
Response from Dental Wholesale DirectDec 24, 2021
Thank You for the feedback, Robert! We are sorry to leave You feeling disappointed. Please note, according to our records, the 2 of the prophy paste that You ordered are on manufacturer back order with no ETA at this time. Indeed, all orders $250 and above are eligible for gift cards unless they include promoted items such as short dated items. However, the gift cards need to be added to the cart manually, because we offer Costco and Visa gift cards, and we don't know which one You would prefer. We will be happy to add the gift card to next shipment when items will become available. We will gladly make other adjustments. Please call our toll-free number on January 3rd and speak to an agent. We wish You a Happy and Safe Holiday Season!

Did not receive all goods paid for
Did not receive all goods paid for, which was ordered nearly a month ago. My orders over $500 did not give me an option for a gift card. All orders 250-300 gave me the $25 gift card.
