My initial review of this company was a very negative one due to the interactions with representatives. I truly appreciate Neil and Nadia for stepping in and taking the time and attention to address my concerns. They were both very professional, informative and respectful. They made me feel at ease going forward. Both had superior customer service in handling a difficult situation with me, while maintaining their professionalism and getting to solutions!

Denefits is an amazing Company. They are always willing to work with me, I've had several contracts with them. Their Customer Service has always been great.
