I had the pleasure of working with Phillip B. from Denefits, and I can’t thank him enough for helping me get a refund from a company that refused to take responsibility for their nonperformance. Throughout the process, there were moments when I was so frustrated and angry that I took it out on Phillip, but he remained calm, professional, and determined to make sure my concerns and complaints were handled. His persistence and dedication turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. Initially, I thought I would never use Denefits again, but thanks to Phillip’s excellent customer service, I would now highly recommend this company!

Nadia was very sweet and concerned. She did call me as promised and made sure everything went smoothly for me and again was very concerned and sweet.

He helped me get my account paid and because l had never been late before he waived it. I was only late because there was fraud on my account. He was so nice about it!!

What made my experience well was working with Phillip who helped guide me through the portal and thoroughly explained the different tactics of making my payments.
