Took five weeks to receive answers that were promised within three days. Even if it takes 3 days per round of testing as they say, there's zero reason 3 rounds should have been stretched over 5 weeks. 9-10 days maxwould be appropriate.

Support was responsive when I called. I messed up the package and left them with no way to identify me. They gave me credit before finding my package and they still sent my results. In general, it seems to take a couple weeks to get a result which is a little disappointing but I will use them again because their price is the best I have found.

Terrible turn around time … takes 3/4 weeks to get back test results not just one time 3-4 times now … all different reasonings as to why it keeps happening … I understand things happen but not everytime

I ordered plant gender kits. They arrived in a timely manner. When I sent my samples back I know the results in days. Great product!

Wonderful inexpensive plant sexing. Estimated finish date would be useful as plants can get a bit overgrown in small pots before results are in. But overall good service.
